The boring-but-important bit.

We'd rather talk about beautiful bathrooms, but these terms set out how our website and online store work.

By using the Aspire Bathrooms website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Products and product information

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, dimensions, images, colours, finishes and specifications are accurate.

However, colours can vary between screens, photography and actual products. Product specifications can also change from time to time as manufacturers update their products.

Where a manufacturer's current specification differs from information previously published on our website, the manufacturer's current specification may apply.

If you are working to a particularly tight installation requirement, please contact us before ordering and we'll help confirm the details.

Prices

All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or obvious website errors. If an order has been placed because of an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before processing the order.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

We'll send an order confirmation once your order has been received. An order is not necessarily accepted until we have confirmed availability and processed the order.

If we're unable to fulfil an order, we'll contact you and arrange a refund or alternative where appropriate.

Product availability

We aim to keep our stock information accurate, but occasionally the real world gets involved.

Stock availability can change quickly, particularly on popular products. If an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered it, we'll contact you with your options.

Installation

Aspire Bathrooms supplies products. Unless specifically stated, installation, plumbing, electrical work, waterproofing, building work and associated labour are not included.

We recommend using appropriately licensed tradespeople for installation.

Please check products before installation. We cannot accept responsibility for installation costs associated with a product that has been installed before being inspected for suitability or defects.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website use

Please don't misuse our website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or use our content without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect our website, customers or business.
